Actual situation of fiber laying
The material used for stacking is prepreg. Because the fiber has bandwidth, it can not be paved completely according to the ideal fiber path, so the nearest treatment is carried out according to the ideal route. The ply is divided into strips. Both boundaries are ideal fiber paths, but the fiber path of this strip ply is completely continuous according to one boundary, and the ends of broken fibers will be concentrated on the other boundary. Such a layer is composed of several strip-shaped layers, and broken fibers and continuous fibers will be laid alternately in the layer.
According to the general definition, the obvious broken fibers are concentrated on both sides of the part. The broken fiber and continuous fiber can be alternated in the ply, and the frequency of this alternation can be controlled to make the broken fiber and continuous fiber tend to be uniform.
Cutting of strip ply
The width of strip ply shall be determined according to the shape of parts. Its fundamental purpose is to ensure the continuity and uniformity of fibers in the ply and make the operation most convenient.
(1) Determine the ply bandwidth.
Bandwidth selection shall meet the following requirements:
·Less than the maximum bandwidth of stacking;
·The whole strip layer can be laid in the specified path
The part is pasted on the stacked surface;
·Suitable for stacking.
(2) Boundary selection of strip ply.
·Take a point on the minimum section line, and then take a point according to the determined bandwidth until the boundary of the section line;
·After passing these points, take the stress direction as the guide direction and the stacking surface of parts as the support surface to make geodesic;
·Dividing the ply on the stacking surface according to these lines;
·Unfold these divided layers into a plane, and the resulting shape is the shape of the required strip layer;
·In the thickness direction, the splicing lines on each layer shall be staggered for a certain distance as far as possible, and shall not overlap along the thickness direction.
(3) 45 ° and 90 ° fiber paths.
The ideal fiber path of 45 ° is the 45 ° stress direction, and the ideal fiber path of 90 ° is the 90 ° stress direction.
